“I own a business called Release the Woman In Overwhelm, which is all about letting go, moving forward and taking action to live a happy and healthy life. Through our workshops and events we arm women with the tools they need to achieve this.
Helen and I had never met, but somehow connected via Facebook and decided that we needed to work together, since both of our businesses aimed to help women. We decided to run a workshop and invite attendees to bring along photos of the areas of their home or office that they needed help with.
Helen was extremely professional, yet also empathetic and understanding of each woman’s individual circumstances. Aside from having a great day full of laughter, we all left with tips and tools ready to take on our clutter and ‘mess’ at home and so many of us couldn’t wait to get home to start!
